Peppa Pig and George decide it is a great day to go and ride bicycles while Daddy Pig is admiring a prize-winning pumpkin he has. Peppa's friends are all riding bicycles. When Peppa teases George about having a tricycle, the others point out that Peppa still needs stabilisers. Peppa is determined to learn to cycle without them, however, Peppa accidentally smashes into the pumpkin!
It is Mummy Pig's birthday and Mummy Pig celebrates it with her family. Peppa, George and Daddy Pig are just as excited. They have lots of fun preparing secret, birthday surprises for her. Peppa, George and Daddy Pig prepare a wonderful birthday surprise for Mummy Pig. When Mummy Pig sees her beautiful cake and opens her present she is absolutely delighted.
Peppa loses her shoes, but she gets new red ones, making her happy again. Peppa loses her shoes, so Mummy buys Peppa some new shiny, red shoes. Peppa loves her new shoes so much she never wants to take them off! After it rains, the family search for puddles to jump in. Peppa would love to join in but she is still wearing her new, shiny shoes.
Peppa and her family go to the shops for some tomatoes, spaghetti, onions and fruit. George sits in the trolley in the supermarket while Peppa finds the things on Mummy's shopping list. Soon, they have everything they need, but Daddy Pig has something that wasn't on the list - a delicious chocolate cake.
Peppa and her family are busy preparing for Christmas. Peppa and George post their letters to Father Christmas, then the whole family sets off to buy a Christmas tree from Miss Rabbit's tree shop. Daddy Pig chooses a tree that is much too big to fit in the family's little car, so he has to carry the tree all the way home!
Suzy Sheep has come to play with Peppa, and has made up a pretend friend called 'Leo Lion'. Peppa cannot see Leo but Suzy announces that Leo likes roaring and he likes playing dressing up. Peppa decides that now she can see Leo. Even Mummy and Daddy Pig play along with the game. But Peppa's little brother George cannot see Leo and feels a bit left out.
Peppa has a new pen pal in France, a little donkey named Delphine. Peppa receives letters from Delphine Donkey and speaks to her on the telephone. Although Peppa speaks English and Delphine speaks French, they discover that they love lots of the same things, especially jumping up and down in muddy puddles.
Peppa and George are helping Granny and Grandpa Pig tidy their attic. Although the attic is very full, they have trouble deciding what to throw out, because Granny and Grandpa want to keep everything. Amongst the clutter, Peppa finds an old record player and some funny old records. The record player still works and soon everyone is dancing.
Grandpa Pig has built a fantastic little train called Gertrude. When he takes Peppa and George for a ride on Gertrude, they meet their friends along the way. There is plenty of room on the train for everyone, so they all hop aboard. Peppa and George think that Gertrude is the very best train in the whole world!
Peppa and George are playing in their tree-house. Peppa's friends come to play but Peppa decides that only girls can come into the tree-house, so Grandpa Pig builds the boys their very own den shaped like a castle. When it starts to rain, the boys and girls rush out to play together in the muddy puddles.
Peppa and her family go for a day's cycle ride. Peppa rides her little bicycle, while Mummy and Daddy Pig ride their tandem with George on the back. Peppa loves cycling downhill but is not so keen on peddling uphill, so when they meet Peppa's friends and decide to have a race, Peppa insists it should be a downhill race.
Today is George's birthday and Mummy and Daddy Pig have a special day planned. George gets a new Brontosaurus toy and the family go to the museum to see lots of different dinosaurs, including a robot dinosaur that actually moves and roars! The special day ends with a big cake and all of Peppa and George's friends having fun together.
It is a very cold winter day, and Peppa and George head to the park to play. Peppa and George are wearing their hats, scarves, mittens and coats. They want to jump in muddy puddles, but the problem is that the puddles are all frozen over and are slippery, so the two must think of other ways to entertain themselves.
It is night time and the sky is fall of shining stars. Mummy and Daddy Pig let Peppa and George put their coats on over their pyjamas and go outside to look at the stars. With the help of a telescope, Daddy Pig teaches Peppa and George how to find the North Star. The stars are far away and look very tiny. But when Peppa and George look through a telescope the stars look much bigger.
Peppa and George's toy basket is full and their beds are covered in toys, so Mummy Pig decides it is time to order a new toy cupboard. The cupboard arrives in the post but it needs to be assembled - and Mummy and Daddy Pig are not very good at DIY. Luckily help is at hand, as Mr Zebra, the postman, loves assembling flat pack furniture.
Peppa and her family are at home when suddenly go out and Peppa's house is in darkness. There has been a power cut. While the family waits for the electricity to come on again, Peppa and George have fun thinking of games to play in the dark. Peppa makes a pretend television, and enjoys playing with it so much she carries on after the power is restored.
Mr Fox takes Freddy to Peppa's house for a bike ride with the other children. When Daddy Pig needs a new watch, Mr Fox finds three grandfather clocks in the back of his van. The children then all try to guess what kind of things Mr Fox has in the back of his van! Mr Fox has everything in his van - even a chicken!
