Animated preschool series introducing children to science and engineering. Bob really wants his castle to look more like Bitz's. Everyone pitches in to help, but things don't go to plan. The new drawbridge that Bevel, Zip and Pop have built collapses, making big holes in the castle wall. They also need to figure out how to get Bob's new Tower-Top Toy Room from the ground all the way to the top of his tower. It is time for a Bitz Brain Blitz.
Bitz is excited to be serving her yummy Bitz mix marmalade to lots of hungry customers at the Jungle Cafe, and things get even better when top chef Madame Gourmet unexpectedly arrives. If she likes the marmalade, she might put the recipe in her new cookbook. The only problem is that with Zip and Pop as waiters, no-one seems to be getting any food. Bitz has to figure out how to get the food from the kitchen to the tables without Zip and Pop eating it.
Bob is excited to see an amazing cactus that only flowers once a year, but the gang's race across the hot sandy desert slows to a crawl when Bitz and Purl over-engineer their vehicle.
Bob wants to plant a sign on the top of Mount Robo-Bob, so they set off in grippy shoes to climb it. They meet Ranger Bevel, who tells them about the abominable snow monsters and says he'll guide them up the mountain safely. At the summit, Bob plants his sign, but then the snow monsters appear, causing Ranger Bevel to slip and slide down the mountain uncontrollably. Bitz sees Bob's sign and they all leap on it to give chase, but they can't stop and they overtake Bevel. If only it had a brake!
Bitz, Purl and Bob are on a treasure hunt on Faraway Island with the help of an old map, and they find a huge chest full of yummy chocolate coins. Unfortunately, Pirate Bevelbeard and his ship dudes Zip and Pop appear unexpectedly, grabbing the treasure and also Purl, and taking them back to their pirate ship. Bitz needs to work out how they can get aboard the ship and rescue Purl and the chocolate coins!
Naughty fairies Zipsy and Popsy have put a spell on Princess Purl so that she sleeps for a gazillion years. The gang try everything to wake her up but nothing works, not even a kiss from brave Sir Bevel. Can Bitz invent a way to save the day before Zipsy and Popsy put a spell on them too?
When Bob gets stuck in a runaway hot air balloon over Craft City, Bitz needs to give him clear instructions on how to land it - and she's running out of time!
Bitz, Bob and Bevel are racing across the desert in a steam train to deliver ice cream for the opening of Purl's ice cream parlour. But rustlers Zippy the Kid and Prospector Pop want to get their paws on it and create a distraction before making off with the train's engine. Our heroes manage to get it back but there's no water left in the tank, which means there's no steam to make it go - and the ice cream is starting to melt in the heat. Will Purl's grand opening turn into a grand closing?
It's the Fairy Tale Theatre Company's play of Little Bev Riding Hood, directed by Purl, and Bitz has built an amazing stage. But things start to go wrong when Granny Pop keeps missing her cue and the trees keep falling over. Purl worries it's turning into a disaster. Bitz realises that they need to turn their stage into two stages, which they can turn from the forest to Granny's house when they need to - simple! But there's only one problem, it's too heavy to turn and the audience are arriving!
Roll up, roll up! It's circus time on Faraway Island, and everyone can't wait to show off their amazing acts. Bob is the great Robo-Bobino, the world's first robot tightrope walker, except he has never tried tightrope walking before, so while Bevel puts him through his paces, Bitz and Purl need to think of a way to make his brilliant act brilliantly safe.
When Ranger Bevel gets stuck in a pile of soft snow on High Snowy Mountain, Bitz needs to work out how they can pull him out without sinking into it too!
Princess Purl has lost her tiara and it turns out it's been taken by two naughty castle trolls who parade around showing it off high up in the castle. Bevel pole vaults over the wall to get it back, but he looks straight into the trolls' special goggles and is frozen into a statue. Then Purl rushes in and is frozen as well, and so is Bob. It's down to Bitz to work out a way to unfreeze everyone and get the tiara back without the trolls seeing her and turning her into a statue too.
Bitz and Bob are on the lookout for spaceships in the Big Hot Sandy Desert when a rocket crash-lands near them. They rush off to help and meet two aliens who speak a very strange language. They call them Plipp and Zopp and manage to discover that they need to get back to space in time for granny alien's birthday. So while Bitz tries to figure out how to launch their rocket, Purl shows them how to make a sparkly necklace.
It's the Princess Purl Day parade in Craft City. Bitz is driving the royal carriage while Purl waves at all the crowds and Bob acts as a tour guide. But disaster strikes when the brake jams! When Bitz tries to fix it, it snaps off in her hand and the carriage zooms off, out of control, with Bob and Princess Purl still onboard. Bitz needs to think of a way of stopping it - and fast.
Princess Purl has one more task to complete to stay a princess. She must dance with the very rare Zippopopomus before the castle bell rings three times. Everyone goes to look for it, but despite searching everywhere, no one can find it. Bob takes a rest to blow bubbles and suddenly the Zippopopomus appears, but as soon as the bubbles disappear, so does the rare creature. With time running out, Bitz needs to figure out how to blow enough bubbles, and for long enough, so Purl can do her dance.
Bitz and Bob are making a film about Big Pop. They follow her as she thunders around, sliding down a tree and playing a game of tag with Zip. But then she disappears and they discover she's heading towards Craft City. Things go from bad to worse when Big Pop and Zip end up trapped on top of a high building, too scared to come down. Our heroes try tempting her with cookies, but when that doesn't work, Bitz needs to take a close look at their film to see if there is something Big Pop can't resist.
A game of beach volleyball is interrupted when a ball thrown by Bevel dislodges the gang's raft, causing everyone to become stranded on Faraway Island. Bob is worried they might have to spend the night there, so Bitz needs to figure out how to get off the island and fast. She scans the horizon with binoculars and spots Zip and Pop fishing on a boat. But everything they do to try and get their attention fails, it seems the only thing that Zip and Pop are interested in is fish!
It's fashion show time. Bitz has designed some fantastic hats, Bob is taking the photographs, Purl is modelling them and Bevel is guiding them through the jungle to find the perfect place to hold the show. But when they arrive, they discover the hats have been taken by two cheeky hat-loving monkeys who keep running away. Bitz needs to work out how they can creep up on the monkeys without being seen and get the hats back in time to hold the fashion show.
Everyone is practising their acts for the big talent show, and Purl has even made a beautiful sparkly curtain for the front of the stage. Unfortunately the curtain won't go up or down, and Bob is feeling nervous about performing in front of everyone. So while Bitz tries to get the curtain working, Bob has to try to overcome his nerves and keep the audience happy with a song. Thankfully, Purl is there to help, and the show, and the curtain, are a huge success.
Bitz and Bob are helping famous artist La Purl move a very large rock across the beach, as she needs it for a mysterious work of art. They try rolling it, but it's too heavy. Expert rock movers Bevel, Zip and Pop arrive, but they can't move it either. Looking for things to help them, Bitz finds some logs to roll the rock, but Bevel stops to eat a banana and the rock rolls off out of control, causing the logs to go everywhere. But maybe floating the rock would work.
On a camping trip to High Snowy Mountain, Bitz, Bob and Purl offer to help a very tired bear-sitter Bevel get two bear cubs to take their nap so he can arrange a surprise picnic for them. But the cheeky cubs keep waking up - and when they finally do go to sleep, Bevel is so tired he falls asleep as well! The trouble is that now Bevel is napping, the bear cubs are wide awake again, so they need to find a way to let tired Bevel sleep while the bear cubs enjoy a noisy picnic.
Bitz promises to build a strong house for Little Bo Purl's goats and for the three little pigs, one that big bad Robo Wolf can't blow down. First they build the cutest little house out of straw, but Robo Wolf soon huffs and puffs and blows it away. Then they build a house out of sticks, but he blows that one down too and all they have left to use is some snow - and how can you build a house out of soft squishy snow? It's time for a Bitz brain blitz!
Princess Purl and Princess Bitz have decided to create the best party ever for Sir Robo Bob and Sir Bevel. There's limbo dancing, a bow and arrow game, great music and lots of food; the problem is in the excitement they've forgotten to invite Sir Robo Bob and Sir Bevel. But when Purl goes round to get them, she finds their door is locked and they are having their own party. Bitz needs to work out how to get their invitation to them at the top of the tower so they can all party together.
With Bitz on drums, Bob on guitar and Bevel on vocals, The Booyahs are ready to perform. Things get even better when they discover that world famous pop star Purl Power is looking for a new band. All they need to do is impress her. Then disaster strikes: Bevel strains his throat and can only sing in a whisper. When singing through a tube proves his voice won't reach the crowd, Bitz sees a giant ice cream cone. It's time for a Bitz brain blitz!
There is an amazing seahorse merry-go-round on the beach, and everyone is having lots of fun going round and round - except Bevel. When he runs away from the ride, Bob finds him, only for Bevel to admit he's nervous about going in circles. Everyone joins in to help him overcome his fear and soon he's sitting on his seahorse, Blue Yah, excited about his first turn on a merry-go-round. But now the key that winds it up has broken, so Bitz needs to work out how to get it started using wind power.
Mummy duck is trying to lead her ducklings from their nest in Bitz's castle to the lake, but it's a long way, so Bitz and Bob help guide them there safely. On arriving, they realise they need to find somewhere for the ducks to sleep at night. Mummy duck is hard to please and doesn't want to sleep under the trees or in Bob's robo-helmet. Time to build a duck house - on stilts, so that it looks just like Bitz's castle. Let's hope that will fit the bill!
Bitz has created a super strawberry, dreamy creamy, nicely icely, bake-a-licious cake that is so tasty Bob suggests she makes more so she can sell them to the whole world. They all start cake making in the jungle cafe, but with everyone trying to do the same job at the same time, the cakes end up looking very different. If Bitz wants to get her cakes looking the same and delivered to her customers on time, she needs to work out a proper system!
Bob can't go to his friend Phoebe's party because she has measles. This puts a stop to his aim to try to beat his previous record of shooting four basketball hoops in a row. Bitz decides to throw the best beach party ever to make up for it. There are snacks, games, a dance floor and even a basketball hoop! But it's a very warm day and soon everyone is too hot to party. Will they have to give up and call it a day or can Bitz find a way to cool everyone down so that Bob can try and beat his record?
Everyone is excited about competing in Snowy Sports Day. Competing are Bitz, Queen of Speed, Bevel the Blaze, Pacey Purl, Robo-Blast Bob, Pop the Snow Pro and Zip the One-Throw Wonder. Pacey Purl really wants to win to finally get her name on the champion's cup. But to know who's won, they need to find a way of keeping track of the scores. They try counting on their fingers, but they're too wiggly. They could use snowballs, but they're too much fun to play with. Then Bitz has a brainwave! They can use Purl's coloured beads.
It's the Snowy Goat Gala on High Snowy Mountain and Little Bo Purl is meant to be performing her famous snowy yodelling - snowdelling - accompanied by her legendary bell-ringing show goats. But when the goats go down with goaty colds that make them all sneeze, Bitz and the gang must take over bell-ringing duties for Little Bo Purl. But first they need to work out how to get the tune right in time for the big performance.
Bitz, Bob and Purl are on a treasure hunt in Big Hot Sandy Desert. Bob finds a dusty old lamp, and a quick polish reveals it's the home of Bevel Genie and his pets, Zup and Pup. Bevel Genie does the genie thing and grants them three wishes, but then announces it's time for them to go home. On hearing this, Zup and Pup excitedly race towards the lamp and it goes flying into the air, landing on top of a cactus. Bitz needs to work out how to get it back to Bevel Genie, while avoiding the prickles.
It's the yum-tastic pizza bake-off, with Purl as the expert judge. Bob is preparing his special top-secret recipe in order to beat rival competitors Zip and Pop, who keep trying to peek at his pizza. Soon it's time for the pizzas to go into the Castle kitchen ovens. Once there, head of security Bevel elaborately locks the kitchen door before accidentally sending the key flying over the castle wall. Now they need to retrieve the key and get back into the kitchen before the pizzas are ruined.
Bitz and Purl have started the Amazing Owl Club, with its own rulebook, a members-only clubhouse and - best of all - a special badge with flapping owl wings. The badge allows entry to the clubhouse! Bob, Bevel, Zip and Pop manage to join the club by doing three amazingly owly things, but no one can copy Bitz's badge. Bitz needs to reverse-engineer her badge so everyone can see how it works. This enables the others to make their own badges and enter the clubhouse for a big surprise.
Police Chief Bevel has his hands full trying to stop rowdy rascals Zip and Pop on their noise-making spree in Craft City. Luckily, superheroes Woolly Wonder Girl, Zap Girl and Mega-Super-Robo-Bob are on hand to help. But when Bevel and the rowdy rascals end up careering out of control through the streets of the city on a runaway skateboard, the superheroes need to create something strong and soft using threads of yarn to help stop them safely.
Bitz, Bob, Bevel, Zip and Pop are making Purl a surprise birthday present - the best hairclip ever! They decide to make it from some of Purl's favourite things that they find in Tubely Jungle, but everyone collects so many things, including a smelly sock, that Bitz doesn't know where to start. And what's more, Purl thinks they have forgotten her birthday, so they need to make it fast. Bitz uses her notes to remind them of what Purl's favourite things are, so they can make her the perfect hairclip.
Bob is looking after Phoebe's cute little puppy called Earl, but when they take him for walkies he gets lost inside Bitz's amazing maze. First Bevel tries to guide them to Earl from the castle, but he can't see the whole maze as he's not high enough and there's a hot air balloon in the way. Bitz decides to use the balloon to go much higher so she can see the whole maze clearly, then she can give everyone the correct instructions to get to Earl.
During a game of Follow the Leader on Far Away Island, Bitz and Bob bump into Ranger Bevel, who is helping guide some frogs to water as it's 'froggy dude migration day'. But when the frogs struggle to get across a big wide gully, Bitz finds a way to help them by building a strong bridge. However, once they arrive at the sea it turns out they don't like saltwater, so now they need to find them a suitable pond.
It's the day of the kite festival and first up are Zip and Pop, who dazzle the crowd with their performance. Then Bitz and Bob take to the arena, but their kites don't even get off the ground. Finally it's Bevel and Purl's turn, but Bevel tries kite-flying with no hands and loses them. Things take a turn for the worse when Zip grabs on to Pop's kite and gets swept away by the wind. Bitz and Bob have to work out how to get their kites to fly in order to rescue Zip.
Bitz, Bob and Purl are building a giant Mega Wheel in Craft City for Mayor Bevel, and the local citizens are getting very excited. But Bitz has a problem: her tablet has gone missing, and all the instructions on how to finish the Mega Wheel are on it. So while Mayor Bevel tries to keep the impatient crowd happy with his singing and skateboarding skills, Bitz has to try to find a way to finish the Mega Wheel - and quickly! It's attention to detail that saves the day.
