Police Chief Bevel has his hands full trying to stop rowdy rascals Zip and Pop on their noise-making spree in Craft City. Luckily, superheroes Woolly Wonder Girl, Zap Girl and Mega-Super-Robo-Bob are on hand to help. But when Bevel and the rowdy rascals end up careering out of control through the streets of the city on a runaway skateboard, the superheroes need to create something strong and soft using threads of yarn to help stop them safely.
Zip et Pop sèment la pagaille dans Ville-en-fête. Les Super-héros Super Bitz Girl, Pelote de Laine Girl et Super Méga Robot Bob vont aider le sergent Biseau à les capturer.
Werkstadts Polizeichef Bevel hat alle Hände voll zu tun, die rasenden Rowdys Zip und Pop in ihre Schranken zu weisen. Die beiden belästigen die Anwohner mit ihrer lauten Musik. Glücklicherweise steht dem Polizeichef das Superhelden-Trio Wolllie-Wunder-Girl, Zap-Girl und Mega-Super-Robo-Bob zur Seite. Doch auch mit vereinten Kräften scheinen sie den beiden Skateboard fahrenden Unruhestiftern keinen Einhalt gebieten zu können.
