Dorothy uses a plant grow potion on the poppy and finds this poppy is the last of the Wicked Witch's enchanted sleeping poppies! Dorothy must find a way to subvert the magic before all of Oz is put to sleep forever.
Ozma is helping Dorothy get ready for the big Oz Royal Ball, where all the Royals of Oz will meet. Dorothy's worried about remembering all the proper protocols for meeting the royals but luckily Patchwork Girl can make a magic dress and will take care of the protocol for her. To make the magic dress, they need magic scissors, which Dorothy finds in Cuttenclips. The scissors create a beautiful gown, but the animated gown wreaks havoc on the Ball, starting skirmishes between the royals. How will Dorothy be able to fix the Ball?
When Ozma is practicing magic and can't remember the magic word, Dorothy yells Abracadabra. But in Oz, that magic word actually takes magic away. No worries, it only lasts a day. Too bad today is the magic contest where wizards, witches and people of all magic groups come for a huge competition. Whoever wins gets the wishing stone and one wish.
