Venus De Milo, the fifth Turtle, arrives in New York and introduces herself to her fellow Turtles. Then she reveals that she too was dropped into the toxic sludge at birth, but fell through another grate and ended up in Shanghai. She offers to teach the Turtles to maneuver into the Realm of Dreams to save Splinter.
Venus leads the Turtles in meditation to enter the Dream Realm. There they find Splinter - as well as the Dragon Lord and his army!

Bonesteel is sick and tired of the immortal blood-suckers getting in the way of his efforts to capture the Turtles. He and Vam Mi strike a deadly bargain - deadly for the Turtles that is!

The Power Rangers return to Earth with Andros to bond better with him along with Ashley spending time with Andros. Unfortunately, Astronema has followed the Rangers there and unleashes Ecliptor on them. Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull team up with a nutty old scientist named Professor Phenomenus to prove that aliens do exist and are currently targeting Earth.
In order to destroy the Space Rangers, Astronema uses her powers to brainwash another similar team of teen heroes, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With them under her power, the Turtles con the Rangers into letting them on the Astro Megaship, so they can take it over for her. All goes according to plan, until the Rangers escape and the Megaship hits an electric storm. The shock causes the Turtles to break free of Astronema's spell and expel her from the ship. The Rangers return to assist, and plan to return the Turtles back to New York. However, they have one tiny little request - Galaxy Gliding in space!
