Soumi Youko, born May 31, 1965, is a voice actress (seiyuu), stage actress and narrator from Niigata Prefecture, Japan, affiliated with Mausu Promotion. She and fellow voice actor Ootsuka Akio married on February 11, 2005, but they divorced in 2009.
