Kotetsu und Barnaby sind wieder vereint, doch die anderen Helden werden von Maverick als Geiseln genommen und im Justizgebäude gefangen gehalten.
Kotetsu takes on Barnaby's attacks, trying to get him to remember him, eventually succeeding when he calls him by his nickname. As they head back towards Apollon Media with Saito, the company's head researcher, they learn that Maverick has taken Kaede and the other heroes hostage, holding them at Justice Tower. Upon arriving at the tower, they discover that the fake Wild Tiger is a robot called H-01 created by Rotwang, working in cahoots with Maverick, who is planning to replace all the heroes with androids. Meanwhile, the rest of the heroes are trapped in cages with bombs attached to their necks. Rotwang informs them that only the first to deactivate his/her bomb will be spared, at the cost of the others' lives, with all of them being killed if none of them do so before Tiger and Barnaby are defeated by the robot.
Kotetsu se démène mais Barnaby ne veut rien entendre. Alors qu'il allait quasiment le tuer, Barnaby se stoppe lorsque Kotetsu l'appelle Bunny. Les souvenirs se brouillent dans le tête de Barnaby qui retrouve la mémoire. Kotetsu lui dévoile alors la supercherie signée Maverick.
ついに再会を果たした虎徹とバーナビー。しかし記憶の操作を解かれなかったバーナビーは、虎徹を未だサマンサ殺しの犯人だと追い詰める。対峙する2人を、ただ見守るしかないヒーロー達。彼らにもまた、魔の手が迫っていた。
카에데의 도움으로 위기를 벗어난 코테츠. 그러나 그의 파트너인 바나비는 아직 기억이 조작된 채 매버릭의 꼭두각시로 남아있다. 분노를 불태우며 코테츠를 공격하는 바나비를 보면서 코테츠는 그를 어떤 곳으로 유인하는데… 한편, 히어로들 앞에는 검은색 슈트를 입은 가짜 와일드 타이거가 나타난다.
楓的能力改變了，無法解除巴納比的洗腦。虎徹嘗試引導巴納比前往二人初次見面的地方，希望可以喚醒巴納比的記憶。經過一輪苦戰之後，虎徹的一句話令巴納比恢復了記憶。其後二人在齋藤的協助下前往馬比力克的根據地……
另一方面，眾英雄不敵假猛虎，連同阿楓一起落在馬比力克的手下洛杜宏手上。各英雄的頸上被套上了炸彈，爆炸時限設定為虎徹與巴納比被洛杜宏製造的機械人擊倒的時候……
