龍蝦食盡D

為了食好D,6號來到魚排搜羅生猛龍蝦。要於半小時內撈捕的軟殼龍蝦,可連殼連鬚進食,肥媽決定用來炮製「椒鹽軟殼龍蝦仔」。烹調「香蔥蒜炒新鮮青龍蝦」,龍蝦頭要先下鍋,好把內藏的龍蝦膏煎香。待加入龍蝦肉炒合時,令肉更添膏香!醋除了可混合梳打粉去除油漬之外,本身亦有殺菌等功效。阿媽加入陳醋、花椒油等拌合而成的「涼拌蒿筍絲」,開胃又有益。她又奉上惹味菜式「豆瓣醬燜牛腱」,順道帶來簡易分辨牛腱是否熟透的方法。
