入廚提「香」

香料雖只是菜餚中的配角,卻可提升味道層次,不可或缺。主持們這次在農場採摘迷迭香、小茴香等香草,還找到清甜的粟米,返回廚房製成惹味非一般的「椒鹽粟米」。黃薑有改善關節炎等功效,「黃薑茴香煮野雞」既滋味又有益。上碟前阿媽特意加入牛油,有何妙用?另一道「香草雜菜燉豬柳」,則是佐飯推介。阿媽又用紹酒烹調西式菜「香草煮青口」,中西合壁更添美味。二人期間突然上演「正字廚房」,6號更疑有發音困難,究竟發生何事?
