Yusaku and co. investigate a mysterious phenomenon known as "Another", where the victims can't log out of LINK VRAINS and stay unconscious in the real world. They successfully identify who the next victim might be through the data they collected. In order to prevent more damage, Yusaku and co. decide to take action.

Uma série de fenômenos começa a dar as caras em Den City: "Anothers". Pessoas não conseguem se deslogar da Link VRAINS e acabam ficando inconscientes no mundo real. Yusaku e Kusanagi, que investigam a causa deste fenômeno, conseguem identificar o próximo alvo do fenômeno dos "Anothers". Para impedir a disseminação, eles começam a agir.
Un eclipse en LINK VRAINS preocupa a la gente, en especial cuando muchos duelistas comienzan a desaparecer misteriosamente. La leyenda dice que caen en un coma profundo cuando sus discos de duelo los fuerzan a entrar en LINK VRAINS contra su voluntad y no logran salir, quedando sus cuerpos como cascarones vacíos.
