    Editor extraordinaire, Jeff Granzow joins Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke in the pool house to discuss Season 3, Episode 21 “The Dawn Patrol.” Jeff talks about how Norman Buckley mentored him and brought him up in the editing world. He also discusses how Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage took a shot on him and he has been working with them ever since.     It’s one of the craziest episodes in The OC history, Season 4, Episode 7, “The Chrismukk-huh?” Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke are joined today by not only the writers of the episode, JJ Phlilbin and John Stephens, but drunk Santa himself, Craig Susser pops by as well. Spoiler alert, Craig actually played four different characters in “The Chrismukk-huh”! Craig talks about how he was cast in The OC, he actually plays various characters in Season 3 and appears in two more episodes in Season 4. JJ and John discuss how they came up with the word, “hajoinks” and how much fun they had writing this episode. John also shares a very funny story about writing this episode that involves the late and great, Regis Philbin. The Chrismukk-huh synopsis: Ryan and Taylor both fall off a ladder and are transported to an alternate universe, where we see what life would be really like if Ryan Atwood never came to Newport.

A full circle moment! Norman feels stylistically this is one of the best episodes he has ever directed and he gives great insight and behind-the-scenes details in relation to this particular episode. The Earth Girls Are Easy synopsis: It’s New Years Eve, Seth, Summer, Taylor and Ryan head to Vegas where they encounter aliens, pregnancy tests and a potential marriage proposal!
