The Tick asks Arthur to become his sidekick and reside in their headquarters: Arthur's apartment. Some criminals calling themselves ""The Idea Men"", guys who don't want to work anymore and are impossible to understand because of their full-face masks, rob a bank. Arthur realizes the ""special"" substance was merely aspirin, so he gets The Tick to feed a giant aspirin to the man-beast, turning him back into a human. In the end, Neil starts talking to and dating Arthur's sister, Dot.
