Mutter Natur ist zur Zeit sehr beschäftigt. Bis zum Erntedankfest muss sie mit ihrem Zauberstab noch alle Blätter im Wald rot färben. Fauli, der sich gerade im Wald ein wenig ausruhen möchte, wird von ihr versehentlich auch knallrot gefärbt. Zu allem Unglück fällt er auch noch Gargamel in die Hände.
