CeCe und Rocky nehmen im Fernsehen an einem Wohltätigkeitstanzmarathon teil, obwohl Flynn sie zuvor die ganze Nacht wachgehalten hat. Je mehr Stunden sie tanzend durchhalten, desto mehr Geld gibt es für den guten Zweck. Als Ty, der spenden soll, merkt, dass die Mädels gar nicht aufhören zu tanzen und es somit für ihn sehr teuer wird, versucht er alles, um sie zum Einschlafen zu bringen. Unterdessen setzt Deuce alles daran, sie wach zu halten. Schließlich tragen CeCe und Rocky die Kleider von seiner Cousine und Deuce möchte natürlich, dass die Entwürfe möglichst lange im Fernsehen zu sehen sind.
CeCe and Rocky go to entertain the elderly at a retirement home, but one of them dislikes Rocky. Rocky tries to get the lady to be nice to her, but it doesn't work. CeCe tries to convince Rocky to ingest energy drinks that have more caffeine than three cups of coffee, but CeCe doesn't care. Flynn drinks them instead and the girls get tired of trying to calm him down all night. The girls also get light-up clothing from Deuce, who wants them to advertise the clothing. CeCe and Rocky then dance on the show, but when Ty gets a mistake of paying on twenty bucks to donate, he tries to stop them from dancing. The girls are then in the final battle against Gunther and Tinka, but the twins fall down as the light-up clothing repeatedly shocks the girls. Gary then announces that CeCe and Rocky are the last one standing, but they fall asleep as soon as Gary says they have a spotlight dance.
A Shake it up viene organizzata una maratona di danza con il fine di donare 5000 dollari alla associazione dei vincitori della competizione. Cece e Rocky scelgono una casa di riposo con una donna anziana che non sopporta Rocky e lei vuole fare di tutto perché gli piaccia come balla e come ballerina. In tanto a casa Flynn beve delle bibite le bang pow zoom che lo agitano che però servivano a Cece e Rocky per vincere la competizione. Prima della maratona Deuce chiede alle due amiche di indossare dei vestiti della cugina per fare pubblicità. Durante la competizione Deuce sfida Ty donando cinque dollari per la causa di Cece e Rocky così Ty ne dona venti ma scopre che deve donarli ogni ora fino a quando Rocky e Cece non si sarebbero stancate di ballare e si fossero arrese corre in studio con Flynn per fare addormentare Cece e Rocky, intanto Flynn beve nuovamente la bevanda energetica e si agita nuovamente. Alla fine vincono Rocky e Cece ma appena lo sanno si addormentano. Intanto Flynn entra e comincia a ballare e da un calcio a Tinka e alla fine si addormenta anche lui
Taneční soutěž Na parket pořádá charitativní týden. Každá dvojce si tak musí najít organizaci, pro kterou vyberou co nejvíce peněz. Vítězná dvojce pak získá pět tisíc dolarů a sólový tanec pro příští týden. Rocky vybere Centrum pro seniory, kde je také paní Lokasiová, která Rocky nemá ráda a ona se ji tak tak snaží přesvědčit, že ji má kadžý rád. Zároveň se CeCe a Rocky připravují na taneční maratón.
