Die Auftritte bei 'Shake It Up, Chicago' bringen Cece und Rocky viel Geld ein. Georgia rät den beiden, ein Bankkonto zu eröffnen. Mit den ersten Bankkarten ihres Lebens gehen sie auf große Shoppingtour und laden dann Ty und Deuce zum Mittagessen in ein teures Lokal ein. Doch sie haben vorher zu viel ausgegeben und sind nicht mehr in der Lage, die Rechnung zu bezahlen. Die einzige Möglichkeit, das Restaurant verlassen zu können, ohne bezahlen zu müssen ist, innerhalb einer Stunde einen 10-Pfund schweren Fleischklops aufzuessen.
CeCe and Rocky get their second paycheck from "Shake It Up, Chicago!" and open up a checking accounts at Chicago Savings Bank. They decide to go shopping at a thfift store with their new debit cards. Seeing that they were selfish with their money, they decide to treat Ty and Deuce to lunch at the Olive Pit. However, they aren't able to pay because their checking accounts are overdrawn. In order to get their meals for free, the girls participate in the restaurant's challenge of eating a 10-pound meatball over a heaping plate of spaghetti. It is also revealed that Rocky is a vegetarian. Meanwhile, Gunther and Tinka babysit Flynn.
CeCe e Rocky finalmente hanno accumulato un bel po' di soldi e decidono di aprire il loro primo conto in banca dove ricevono le loro carte di credito che usano per comprare vestiti e borse al centro commerciale. Per scusarsi con Deuce e Ty per non avergli comprato niente li invitano al loro ristorante preferito:l'olive pit in cui scoprono successivamente che le loro carte di credito sono state bloccate e non possono pagare il conto. Per non deluderli Rocky ordina il piatto "attacco di cuore" che deve finire entro un'ora per avere così tutti i pasti gratis. Chiarita la questione con Deuce Cece e Ty l'aiutano a finire il piatto e così poter pagare il conto. Alla fine allo show non riescono a ballare perché sono troppo piene. Allo show sono ospiti un gruppo che balla il pop e, per ringraziare il magnifico balletto che hanno fatto,il presentatore offre la cena ai ballerini: ma il problema è che il cibo viene proprio dal ristorante da cui Rocky e Cece avevano mangiato "L'Attacco di cuore". Cece e Rocky scapparono e non volevano vedere più "Atacchi di cuore" o cose del genere!!!
CeCe a Rocky v tanečním pořadu pro mladé působí natolik dlouho, že se jejich honoráře vyšplhaly na několik stovek dolarů. Na radu CeCeiny matky si v bance zřídí účet, kde dostanou debitní karty. Aby se ukázaly jako opravdové kamarádky pozvou Tye a Deuce na oběd do restaurace. Zanedlouho však CeCe volá její osobní bankéř s tím, že přečerpaly limit a jejich karta je tak zablokována. Nyní musí CeCe a Rocky vymyslet způsob jak zaplatit jídlo a neztrapnit se před svými přáteli. Mezitím malého Flynna hlídá Tinka a Gunter.
