Twilight Sparkle informa Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy e Snails che Princess Celestia ha iniziato una lega scolastica di buckball e che vorrebbe che la prima partita di campionato sia tra la sua Scuola e la Scuola di Amicizia. Yona, Ocellus, Smolder, Shimmy Shake e Lighthoof saranno invece le cheerleader allenate da Rainbow Dash. Lei però non è molto contenta di fare l'allenatrice di cheerleader, ma preferirebbe allenare la squadra, facendo in modo che le loro prove siano un fallimento e facendo sì che ogni membro lasci la squadra.
