Scoperto che una delle galline si è inoltrata nella Everfree Forest, le Cutie Mark Crusaders la seguono in cerca di avventure. Fluttershy, svegliatasi poco dopo a causa del troppo silenzio, le segue e trova la sua amica Twilight completamente pietrificata capendo che c'è in giro la coccatrice (un mostro metà drago e metà gallina che pietrifica con lo sguardo). Il mostro attacca infatti il trio di pony e solo l'intervento di Fluttershy le salva sconfiggendo il mostro in una guerra di sguardi e costringendolo anche a liberare Twilight.
