    Many people only focus on biceps and triceps during arm workouts. We're going to develop the forearm, the biceps, the triceps, and even pull in stabilizer muscles and shoulders. This will "cut up" your arms, making them big, tight and lean.

    This is a metcon day. Metcon is short for Metabolic Conditioning, where we increase your heart rate so you can burn fat. Why is Metcon in a strength training program? Because you need to burn fat to reveal your muscles.

    Today is shoulders and shield. The shield is made up of the abdominal muscles that protect your core and are essential to protecting your back, or showing off that six or eight-pack. We'll complement those core movements by taxing your shoulder muscles to failure.
