El día de la apertura de otro restaurante de Yajima, Lucy, Erza, Juvia, Wendy y Levy deciden trabajar como meseras, mientras ellas trabajan, en Magnolia también ocurre otro espeluznante suceso, la gente de la ciudad entra en pánico, pues por extraños motivos su rostro cambia cuando son olfateados por otras personas que ya han adquirido el rostro que causa terror entre todos en Magnolia, el rostro de Ichiya.
