Joe Turner flocks around in Europe, all the while keeping a low profile and avoiding unnecessary risks. Suddenly he is approached by a mysterious Russian agent who claims to be able to identify a mole within the CIA in exchange for protection. Joe reluctantly realizes that the past has caught up and that it's time to return to the CIA office in Virginia.
