Sakura, Yukito, Shaoran und Mei Lin sitzen gerade in einem Café, als plötzlich überall kleine Feuer entflammen. Keiner soll merken, dass eine Clow Card hinter dem Phänomen steckt. Dazu lässt Shaoran die Zeit still stehen und Sakura benutzt Sleepy, damit alle einschlafen. Schnell wird bei ihren Nachforschungen klar, dass die Clow Card Firey hinter den Feuern steckt. Sakura setzt die Clow Cards Windy und Watery ein, um sie einzufangen.
Christmas is coming, which is also Yukito's birthday, but Sakura is unsure what to get him. She then tries to capture Firey using Windy, but Firey is a strong attack card and Windy is unable to defeat it. Sakura has to use two elemental cards, Watery and Windy, together in order to capture Firey. With Firey captured, Kero regains a small amount of his power, enabling him to make small fires. Sakura gives Yukito his Christmas present: a doll of himself.

Elle finit par se décider sur les conseils avisés de Stéphanie et invite le jeune homme au parc d'attractions, où elle a l'intention de lui remettre son cadeau. Mais c'est sans compter avec la Carte du Feu, qui semble décidée à leur gâcher la fête...

Sakura è in crisi in quanto non sa cosa regalare a Yukito per Natale e si confida con Meiling, la quale le rivela che in un regalo ciò che conta veramente è il pensiero. Sakura invita quindi Yukito al luna park, ma Kero-chan e Tomoyo li seguono per spiarli. Improvvisamente però il luna park viene preso sotto mira da The Firey (la carta del Fuoco). Sakura, sotto consiglio di Kero-chan, utilizza in contemporanea la carta del Vento e la carta dell'Acqua per catturare il Fuoco, riuscendo nell'impresa e ristabilendo l'ordine. Alla fine, Sakura regala a Yukito una bambola simile a lui, sotto un'atmosfera romantica e natalizia creata da Kero-chan.
