白井葵（蓮佛美沙子）は、パティシエとしての修業を積み、大阪で、夢だったこだわりの洋菓子店を開いた。しかし、経営はうまくいかず、店を閉じることに・・・。そこへ現れたのは、クセの強い料理研究家、佐渡谷真奈美（永作博美）。閉店した白井の店の厨房で、“たった一人のためのお菓子教室”を開くという。渋々、協力する白井。不思議なお菓子教室にやってくる生徒は、それぞれに心に痛みを抱えた人たちだった。お菓子を作り、味わう時間が、孤独な心を優しく包み込んでいく・・・
