La storia si sposta poi su alcuni problemi "femminili" di Cate che teme di essere incinta. La voce della gravidanza di Cate inizia a girare così sia Paul con i propri colleghi di lavoro sia Cate con il vicinato e le colleghe si confidano nell'attesa del risultato del test di gravidanza.
