The two hold a planning meeting, but Madoka grows increasingly frustrated by Hiyama’s stance—he refuses to offer a single idea, claiming it falls outside his role in sales. Seeking a change of pace, she proposes a Pokémon battle. They agree to a match with high stakes: Madoka puts her Charizard on the line, while Hiyama wagers the explanation for his refusal to contribute ideas.
