白花魚肉質細滑,魚鰾還可製成上乘花膠。為洗脫白吃白喝之名,6號親赴漁排搜羅新鮮靚魚,並向負責人取經。原來飼養白花魚要注意「陰柔」?肥媽將無泥味的大泥鯭放進油鹽水和大頭菜內清浸,凸顯清甜的魚肉味。「櫻花蝦香辣醬煎白花」則以煎封方法烹調,厚身魚肉配上惹味辣醬,味道更佳!冬瓜連皮連芯,與新鮮荷葉一同煲滾,即成袪濕消暑靚湯。秉承健康主義,阿媽用椰菜花碎取代米飯,配以比目魚扒、青口等,炒出「海鮮椰菜花飯」。
