印度「補腦」咖喱

有指多吃咖喱,可助腦部延緩退化。肥媽精通環球美食,這次特意準備了印度咖喱菜式,讓地道風味發揮食療價值。肥媽為「鷹嘴豆餅」加入燕麥,創新配搭有助消減色素與油分。「炸餅」期間,「百厭」6號不依烹調指示,即令阿媽「發火」。另一道「印度素咖喱」,食材份量經過重新調配,貼近港人口味。「牛油雞」用希臘乳酪醃製再焗,入口軟腍。「印度咖喱角」的餡料以補腦黃薑粉製作,肥媽還加入印度酥油原味,香脆有益「無得輸」!
