全蛋宴

適逢復活節長假期,6號教大家自製鹹蛋;又把西蘭花莖切片,分別加入柚子味噌、陳醋醃製,成品更得肥媽好評。阿媽亦特意奉上全蛋宴,她由健康出發,以刀削麵代替油分偏高的河粉,炮製出「七彩炒刀削麵」。「三色蒸蛋」是家常小菜,但要蒸出嫩滑靚蛋也有秘訣,蛋與水的比例怎樣?紫洋蔥含豐富花青素,連同冬菇等配料拌進香脆可口的「煎蛋餅」中,吃出肉餅口感!肥媽還將傳統甜品「水蒸蛋糕」的配方改良,「減甜」迎合健康生活態度。
