6號「單拖」到街市買海鮮,並發揮節目宗旨落力講價!他買來蛋白質豐富的鮑魚,讓肥媽炮製「薑蔥蠔油鮮鮑魚」。鮑魚裙邊呈現黑色,怎樣清潔?「酸菜魚」用上以魚頭與魚骨煮成的魚湯,鮮上加鮮;阿媽還提醒泡椒才是辣味來源,要小心用量。蒸蝦菜式以粉絲和勝瓜置底,能夠吸收蝦的鮮味。製作「涼拌小鮮魷」時,阿6竟拿自己與肥媽的身形教大家分辨魷魚和墨魚,當然惹得阿媽發火!另外,6號又會示範時下火熱飲品奶蓋茶的DIY做法。
