清明、初一十五拜神後,剩下不少燒肉?肥媽發揮好「煮意」,採用燒肉配上豆腐,以及6號笑稱為「後宮偏方」的韭菜,煮成「大馬站煲」。硬豆腐吸盡煲內精華,美味提升!一道「兩椰雞」將椰青水和椰子水一同熬煮,份外鮮甜。肥媽今集還會帶6號前往果欄選食材,原來芒果有公乸之分?肥媽以口感結實的水仙芒,炮製「芒果芥末蝦球」,並帶來處理蝦肉的小秘訣。運用打麵機自製麵條,再以慢火煎出的滋味甜品「糖醋麵餅」,6號先吃為快!
