Kobayashi Kei (小林けい) is the former stage name of Kobayashi Kei (小林希唯). Kobayashi Kei was born June 30, 1976 in the Metropolitan area of Tokyo, Japan. She is a voice actress (seiyuu) affiliated with 81 Produce. She was formerly affiliated with Mausu Promotion and left there in March, 2009, joining 81 Produce on May 7 of the same year.
