Heute startet das Hauptrennen des Dragon Fly Race. Unsere vier Reisegefährten sind dabei. Alle Teilnehmer und die Veranstalter bewegt die Frage: Wer will das Rennen sabotieren?
While Syaoran, Fay and Kurogane ponder which of the contestants interferred with the qualifying race, Sakura is chosen for the pole position in the final race. Afterwards, at a party thrown by Tomoyo, Syaoran rekindles his friendship with the Ryuuoh in Piffle.Later, Syaoran is attacked, but the fight is called off only for the group to discover Tomoyo is intently investigating the incident during the qualifying race and she asks Sakura and the others for their assistance. Then, Tomoyo decides to make a costume for Sakura (and Mokona) for the Dragonfly Race; Syaoran seeks advice from Ryuuoh and the race begins!
小狼、サクラ、黒鋼、ファイの4人は予選を勝ち抜き、本選への出場が決まった。他の出場選手も、笙悟、龍王、「密偵衆」の三人など、他の世界で見覚えのあるメンバーが少なくない。小狼は龍王とあらためて友だちとなり、親交を深める。また、サクラも知世と仲良くなり、本選前のひとときを楽しむ。しかし、どうやらこのレースを、何者かが妨害しようとしているらしい。いったい誰が、何のために・・・？結局疑惑は解明されないまま、本選レースが始まってしまう。
Mientras Syaoran, Fay y Kurogane reflexionan sobre cuál de los concursantes interfirió con la carrera de clasificación, Sakura es elegida para la pole position en la carrera final. Luego, en una fiesta organizada por Tomoyo, Syaoran reaviva su amistad con Ryuuoh en Piffle.
