After a strange dream, Syaoran wakes up in a futuristic world called Piffle and joins the others. After a chat with Yuuko, the group sets out to take part in the Dragonfly Race; the grand prize is one of Sakura's feathers!
Nearly crashing into her, Sakura and the others meet Tomoyo Daidouji, the president of the Piffle Princess Company and hostess of the Dragonfly Race. Tomoyo decides on Sakura as her heroine for the race; unfortunately, Sakura is not the best driver and she crashes more than once.
第2シリーズ最初の舞台は「ピッフルワールド」。そこは「ドラゴンフライ」と呼ばれる空飛ぶ乗り物が飛び交う近未来のような世界だった。まもなく開催される「ドラゴンフライレース」の優勝商品はなんとサクラの羽根。優勝して羽根を手に入れるため、小狼たちはレースにエントリーする。運転の練習に励む小狼たちの前に、レースの主催者が現れる。知世＝ダイドウジと名乗る彼女は、黒鋼を異世界へと送ったニホン国の姫、知世にそっくりな女性だった。
Después de un extraño sueño, Syaoran se despierta en un mundo futurista llamado Piffle y se une a los demás. Después de una charla con Yuuko, el grupo se propone participar en la Carrera de las Libélulas; ¡el gran premio es una de las plumas de Sakura! Casi chocando contra ella, Sakura y los demás conocen a Tomoyo Daidouji, el presidente de la Compañía Piffle Princess y anfitriona de la Carrera de las Libélulas.
