In Jasper finden immer wieder illegale Straßenrennen statt, an denen auch der Decepticon Knock Out gerne teilnimmt. Auch Jack wird von Vince herausgefordert gegen ihn ein kleines Rennen auf Arcee zu fahren.
Knock Out starts to develop interest in Human illegal car racing. One day, Sierra asks Jack for that ride on his motorcycle, as Jack promised. Although, Jack tells Sierra not this time and Vince (sometimes refered to as the bully) tries to show off and give Sierra a ride. Vince asks Jack to go racing. Arcee doesn't want to do it and Jack doesn't take the offer. Until, Vince talks about how "ugly" Arcee is. Arcee gets angry, and tells Jack to tell Vince it's on. Later that day, Vince and Jack go racing. Jack ultimately beats Vince. When, Arcee and Jack return to Autobot Base, Raf and Miko tell Jack that everybody at their school knows about Jack and Vince's race. The next day, Vince asks Jack to go racing again, Jack doesn't want to, but he eventually takes Vince's offer. Arcee disagrees with Jack, and doesn't go. So, Jack asks Raf if he came borrow Bumblebee. That night, Jack and Vince enter a illegal car race. But, Knock Out enters too and he tries to terminate Bumblebee. Bumblebee does some crazy things and Vince is amazed. After losing Knock Out, Vince goes up to Jack and asked him what just happened. Until, Knock Out anciently thinks Vince is Bumblebee's Human friend, so he kidnaps Vince, right in front of Jack and Bumblebee. Bumblebee calls for backup, and Arcee, and Bulkhead come to help. As, the Autobots track down Knock Out, and battle him. Knock Out escapes. Meanwhile, Optimus wonders where the others have gone, and asks Miko, and Raf. They act like they don't know anything, but Optimus finds out. So, Optimus makes an appearance to stop Knock Out, succeeds. Later, Knock Out returns to the Nemesis, and Starscream gives him a punishment, after not obeying his orders. Jack and Bumblebee drop Vince off at his car. The next day, Sierra asks for that ride again, and Jacks says no. But, Arcee feels bad and lets Jack let Sierra have a ride.
Vince, un garçon qui est dans la même école que Jack, le défie à une course. Arcee, au début réticente, finit par accepter et ils remportent l'épreuve. Mais Jack ne se contente pas de cette seule victoire et, malgré lui, risque la vie de plusieurs personnes...
Mentre percorre una strada isolata nella notte, Knock Out sente alla radio che la polizia sta cercando di fermare le corse d'auto clandestine: decide così di partecipare a una di esse. Arrivato sul posto si affianca a una vettura e il conducente tenta di umiliarlo graffiandogli la carrozzeria con il suo anello. Per tutta risposta, durante la corsa, Knock Out aspetta che il rivale si porti in testa per poi raggiungerlo e farlo precipitare in un burrone. L'uomo sopravvive alla caduta e Knock Out lo informa di avergli voluto "ricambiare" il graffio. Dopodiché si allontana.
Jack sta lasciando la scuola a bordo di Arcee, quando il bullo Vince commenta con sarcasmo la sua moto: Jack gli risponde per le rime, e quindi si allontana.
Fermatosi a un semaforo, Jack viene poi avvicinato da Sierra, che vorrebbe fare un giro sulla sua moto, ma Arcee si oppone.
La discussione viene interrotta da Vince, che sopraggiunge a bordo della sua auto sportiva e sfida Jack a una gara di velocità. Arcee cerca di divincolarsi partendo a razzo appena il semaforo diventa verde, ma la situazione si ripete all'incrocio successivo. Sebbene Arcee voglia rispettare la regola imposta da Optimus Prime di non abusare della forza per un vantaggio personale, quando Vince si lascia ancora una volta andare a un commento offensivo nei suoi confronti decide di fare un'eccezione e accettare la sfida.
La gara si tiene fuori Jasper, con Sierra e la sua amica che assistono divertite: inizialmente Arcee lascia credere a Vince di poter guadagnare un cospicuo vantaggio, ma poi lo supera rapidamente, con il chiaro proposito di umiliarlo. Nonostante il momento di complicità, però, Arcee continua a rifiutare di far fare un giro a Sierra come vorrebbe Jack.

Arcee le permite a Jack correr contra Vince para demostrarle que no es el mejor, al ganarle Vince al día siguiente lo reta a otra carrera, Jack para no quedar en ridículo frente a Sierra. En la carrera Jack compite conduciendo a Bumblebee, pero no saben que Knock-Out estará también presente en esa carrera, tratando de acabar con Bumblebee.
Jack przekonuje Bumblebee, żeby ten pomógł mu wygrać wyścig, ale wydarzenia wymykają im się spod kontroli, gdy pojawia się Knock Out.
