Hector is having a happy day, singing and dancing the wiggle wiggle woo, when he finds a dandelion in the garden. Hector tries to introduce the dandelion to his friends, but they all seem to be flapping and puffing and breezing and wafting and Hector is worried the dandelion will be blown away. Hector's friends try to find a way to show him that what dandelions love is to scatter their seeds in the wind.
