Fliss kann Andy, den neuen Freund ihrer Mutter, nicht leiden. Als er anbietet, eine Dokumentation über den "Sleepover Club" zu machen, ist sie dagegen. Die anderen Mädchen sind jedoch von der Idee begeistert und überreden Fliss. Doch als Andy den Mädchen das Geheimnis des "Sleepover Clubs" entlocken will, eskaliert die Situation. Andy zieht sich zurück und die Mädchen filmen sich selbst. Jeder verrät der Kamera sein größtes Geheimnis. Doch dann fällt das Videoband den M&M's in die Hände. Die Jungs wollen es der gesamten Schule vorführen...

Flyss, infastidita dal comportamento di Andy, compagno di sua madre, gli risponde male dopo la sua "invasione" ad un pigiama party delle ragazze. Andy, rimanendo basito, lascia la telecamera nella stanza di Flyss e le SOCs ne approfittano per girare un video con i più grandi segreti delle socie del club. Peccato che, poco dopo, il nastro finisca nelle mani degli M+M che, minacciando di proiettarlo davanti all'intera scuola, rischieranno di umiliare le inseparabili amiche. Ma anche Michael ha un grande e imbarazzante segreto, per cui minacciano anche lui e gli M+M ridanno il nastro alle ragazze (il segreto era che si era truccato e vestito per ballare)
