An evil cat hypnotizes the Professor into stealing rare jewels to power a machine to brainwash the people of Townsville into being cat's slaves. The Mayor creates a commotion in Townsville about being re-elected as Mayor again, but he wakes up Fuzzy Lumpkins who get's annoyed. The people like Fuzzy and vote him Mayor.
