Indy geht aufs College und arbeitet in einer zwielichtigen Flüsterkneipe, wo er den großen Jazzinterpreten Sidney Bechet trifft, der ihm den Blues näherbringt. Gleichzeitig kreuzen sich Indys Wege mit denen des künftigen Mafiapaten Al Capone, und einzig mit der Unterstützung seines Mitbewohners Eliot Ness, der eines Tages als Unbestechlicher bekannt werden wird, kann Indy jetzt noch einen hinterhältigen Mord aufklären und sein eigenes Ableben verhindern.
Going to college and working in a seedy speakeasy brings Indy into contact with jazz great Sidney Bechet, who teaches him how to play the blues. Unfortunately, he also crosses paths with up-and-coming thug Al Capone and it's only with the assistance of his dorm roommate, future Untouchable Eliot Ness, that Indy is able to solve a vicious murder and prevent himself from ending up in a pair of cement overshoes.
Divoká dvacátá léta prožívá Indy nejdříve jako velký fanoušek jazzu, ovšem posléze se zapojí do žhavé akce, když pomáhá slavnému oddělení „neuplatných“ dopadnout obávaného gangstera jménem Al Capone.
