The Turtles are shocked to find out one of their old foes from the past is still alive and well in the year 2105. Bishop has become a top agent in Earth's government, and even though he isn't after the Turtles, they don't trust him. But Bishop offers the Turtles an ultimatum if they wish to stop crime...
Drengene er chokeret da de finder ud af at deres gamle ærkefjende, Agent Bishop, er i live. Være endnu er, at han er Præsident for det intergalatiske råd. Endnu værre er at han skal bruge deres hjælp, med at fange skurken Torbin Ziixx, som truer med at ødelægge den sydlige måne-port. Men Turtles lærer hurtigt at ingen ting er, som det ser ud i fremtiden.
