The Devil You Know

Piper, eine alte Bekannte von Eddie, überrascht ihn mit einem neuen Auftrag: Der entflohene Häftling Ryan Conrad soll für 500.000 Dollar gefasst werden. Eddie ist ihr gegenüber misstrauisch, denn sie arbeitet nicht für den Staat, sondern auch als private Kopfgeldjägerin. Die Jagd auf Conrad beginnt und es wird deutlich, dass Pipers Interesse an seiner Verhaftung nicht nur beruflicher Natur ist.

Bounty hunter Piper Mannox shows up at Valetik Investigations asking Eddie and Sam for help to find an escaped prisoner who killed a guard on his way to freedom. Eddie is hesitant to work with Piper again due to their tumultuous past and her lack of moral code. However, with his cop connections, her experience finding fugitives and a quarter million dollar reward, it makes it difficult for Eddie and Sam to deny the case. Meanwhile, Sam feels a strong connection to Piper and turns into her biggest fan but soon discovers Piper’s not all she seems to be. Elsewhere, Monica and Berto partner up to help Eddie and Sam with the case.

Sam et Eddie reçoivent la visite de Piper Mannox, une chasseuse de prime. Elle leur demande de l'aide pour retrouver Ryan Conrad, un prisonnier qui s'est échappé lors d'un transfert de prison.

Il cacciatore di taglie Piper Mannox si presenta alla Valetik Investigations chiedendo aiuto a Eddie e Sam per trovare un prigioniero che ha ucciso una guardia durante la fuga. Eddie è riluttante a lavorare ancora con Piper a causa del loro passato tumultuoso e della sua mancanza di codice morale, ma una ricompensa di un quarto di milione di dollari, rende difficile rifiutare il caso. Sam sente subito una forte attrazione per Piper e si trasforma nella sua più grande fan, ma presto scopre che non è tutto ciò che sembra essere. Altrove, Monica e Berto si uniscono per aiutare Eddie e Sam nel caso.
