Jett and Jett Pet deliver special envelopes that can go underwater to a girl named Chay. She lives in Vanuatu and wants to invite all her friends to her birthday party on the beach. But when a school of naughty fish steals the envelopes with all the invitations in them, Jett calls Paul to track down the slippery thieves and deliver the invitations to all of Chay's friends.
