Mondo's old rival shows up, shocked to find out that he is running GoGoFive. After a disagreement in how to do their job, GoGoFive is shut down and taken over by the government.
首都消防局総監の乾が巽を訪ねて来た。巽家と乾家は火消しの家柄で、ライバル関係だったのだ。そこにサイマ獣が暴れているという緊急通報が入り、出動するマトイたち。だが、サイマ獣の攻撃に負傷してしまう。乾は、巽の判断ミスで被害が出たと、ゴーゴーファイブに活動停止命令を下す。そんな時、再びサイマ獣が現われた。
