Die Suche nach Dragas Heimatplaneten geht weiter. Das Team springt von Planet zu Planet, gefolgt von Tlak'khan oder anderen Kreaturen, wobei ihre Hoffnung auf Erfolg sinkt. Schließlich gibt Draga eine Adresse ein und sie landen in... Mexiko. Von dort aus senden sie eine Nachricht an das Stargate Command. Aufgrund eines Hinterhalts der Tlak'khan auf der Erde muss das Team aber erneut flüchten und die nächste Welt anwählen.
The team find themselves on a plant of locals who worship and emulate the Tlak'khan but are suffering from a plague. Draga cures as many as she can but the leader, Mek'rod, insists they are the Tlak'khan and follow their ways, but eventually acknowledges the Tlak'khan merely provide them with help. Ec'co comes up with a cure for the plague while the Mar'dan elders summon Da'kyll and his men who tell the Mar'dan to obey them and lure the team into a trap. The Tlak'khan abandon the Mar'dan to the plague and Mek'rod turns against them. The team breaks free only to enter a trap, but the Mar'dan turn against the Tlak'khan and drive them off.
Dopo aver aiutato il popolo Mardan a sconfiggere le conseguenze di una terribile epidemia, i componenti della squadra Stargate vengono consegnati nelle mani dei Tlak'khan, nei confronti dei quali i Mardan nutrono una profonda venerazione. Ben presto, uno degli alieni realizza quanto i Tlak'khan siano spietati e crudeli e sobilla una vera e propria ribellione.
