As Damien joins 62 Truck, Sheila reminds Tommy of his promise to watch out for him. Meanwhile, Janet gives Tommy guidelines for their relationship; the guys attend a memorial dedication for a firefighter who died on 9/11; and Sean is released from the hospital, vowing to live life "to the fullest."

Quando Damien si unisce al gruppo, Sheila ricorda a Tommy la sua promessa di badare a lui. Intanto Janet dà a Tommy le linee guida per la loro relazione ed i ragazzi partecipano ad una celebrazione in memoria di un vigile del fuoco morto durante la tragedia dell'11 Settembre. Sean esce dall'ospedale desideroso di vivere la vita pienamente.
