Alex è a New York. Viene insospettita dalla presenza in città di alcuni furgoni bianchi e si affida a Shelby per scoprirne di più.
Scoprono che è in atto un attentato terroristico che ha l'obiettivo di colpire i partecipanti al G20. I furgoni bloccano alcuni incroci, rendendo impossibile l'accesso al distretto di Lower Manhattan. Alex, intanto, cerca di capire chi è che si cela dietro l'attacco ma, nel frattempo, i terroristi riescono a decapitare la First Lady.
Grazie a un flashback scopriamo che Alex ora lavora per la CIA, ma presta segretamente servizio per l'FBI al fine di scoprire l'esistenza di cellule terroristiche all'interno dell'agenzia. Presso il campo d'addestramento CIA Farm ritrova Ryan, che si trova lì per conto dell'FBI per scoprire cosa avviene nel campo.
