Suddenly in the the little town there is no wind. The flags are not flying and the kite festival is cancelled. And then there is a strange shower of hats, which professor Balthazar loads on a ship and sends of to the kangaroos of Australia. Next there is a peculiar shower of umbrellas, which the professor loads on a plane and sends to the penguins of the South pole. When a load of letters and a postman falls from the sky the mystery is solved: all the wind is blowing in the neighbouring city. The professor manages to bottle the wind in glass bottles for use for flags, wind instruments and kites.
Plötzlich weht in der kleinen Stadt kein Wind mehr. Die Flaggen wehen nicht und das Drachenfest wird abgesagt. Und dann gibt es seltsame Schauer. Professor Balthazar muss eingreifen.
