Ruffy ist entsetzt, als Robin ihm sagt, dass sie sich nicht befreien lassen will. In der Zwischenzeit kämpfen sich die anderen Piraten und Sogeking bis zu Ruffy vor, bis schließlich alle den Agenten der CP9 gegenüberstehen.
Franky cannot understand why Robin refuses to be saved after Spandam broke his promise. While Luffy yells in the background, Franky decides to make Robin face him. He uses his remaining cola to inflate his buttocks and with a giant flatus shoots himself and Robin outside, onto the balcony, and into Luffy's sight, breaking his chains in the process. Luffy wants to slingshot himself over the waterfall to rescue Robin, but she tells him to stay and that only she wants to die. In front of the courthouse, Yokozuna succumbs to the jurymen's attacks. The marines are about to pour in as the giants arrive and assume control of the position. Kāshī throws Sogeking onto the courthouse, where he joins the assembling Straw Hats. Gathering on the battlements, they face Robin and the CP9, while they wait for the drawbridge to be lowered.
Luffy et son équipage sont enfin réunis et prêts à secourir Robin, mais la beauté aux cheveux de jais reste réticente à rejoindre ses anciens camarades, malgré les encouragements de Franky.
Franky riesce a liberare Robin dalle catene e a portarla alla vista di Rufy. Rufy afferma di volerla venire a salvare, ma la donna gli dice di fermarsi in quanto il suo unico desiderio è morire. Nami, Zoro, Sanji, Chopper e Sogeking arrivano sul tetto e chiedono a Robin di tornare.
Robin y Franky acuden a la terraza de la Torre de la Justicia. Allí ven a Luffy que quiere llegar hasta ellos para rescatarla, pero ella le pide que la deje morir y Luffy se detiene. El resto de la tripulación consigue también llegar al tejado del Palacio Judicial.

Franky ajuda Robin a escapar de suas correntes e faz ela ir lá fora para ver Luffy. Luffy quer resgatar Robin, mas ela diz que prefere ficar, que ela só queria morrer. Abaixo, como Yokozuna caiu, os gigantes veio para cobrir. Todos dos Chapéus de Palha chegou no telhado e pediram para Robin retornar.
