Zu Hollings großem Entsetzen hat Shelly seine Junggesellenwohnung neu dekoriert. Alles um ihn herum ist plötzlich pink und verschnörkelt und besonders das Himmelbett schlägt ihm auf den Magen. Maurice hat den Abriss seines Elternhauses verhindert und lässt es nach Cicely bringen. Dadurch werden viele Erinnerungen an seine Kindheit in ihm wach.
Maggie is excited when she thinks she has "cured" her latest beau, as opposed to killing him; however she is crushed when he tells her that he leaving to work for Greenpeace in Murmansk. Holling is disgusted by Shelly's redecorating of their bed & bathroom. Maurice moves his childhood home to Cicely and it stirs up memories of his brother.
Joel przedstawia Mike'owi wyniki – mężczyzna jest całkowicie zdrowy. Maggie nie kryje swej radości, jednak jej partner postanawia opuścić Alaskę i wyjechać z misją Greenpeace'u. Shelly odkrywa, że po ślubie zmieniło się jej nastawienie do niektórych kwestii. Dostaje zgodę Hollinga na drobne zmiany w mieszkaniu. Niestety, ostateczny efekt zaprowadza świeżo upieczonego męża do gabinetu Joela. Ten zaś nie może znieść faktu, że mieszkańcy Cicely traktują Monroe jak bohatera.
Maggie cree que su relación con Mike va viento en popa y que quizá por fin haya encontrado al hombre de su vida. Sin embargo, Mike prefiere marcharse a Murmansk para colaborar con Greenpeace. Por otra parte, Maurice decide trasladar hasta Alaska la casa en la que creció en Oklahoma, sin sospechar la cantidad de recuerdos y de nostalgia que le provocará el viejo edificio. Mientras tanto, Shelly pretende redecorar el Brick, poniendo de los nervios a Holling.
