Dr. Stangel tells Tim to break up with his boring girlfriend, but as she is leaving, she is hit by a car and forgets the breakup ever happened. Also, Dr. Stangel tells Doug he needs to have a physical relationship, so Kyle decides to set him up with and old girlfriend.
Doug is afraid to get intimate with his new girlfriend for the first time since his divorce. Tim’s new girlfriend is boring in bed. Dr. Stangel tells the guys they need to start an emotional connection instead of putting the emphasis on sex.
Dr. Stangel tells Kyle to go on a date with someone out of his league. Tim tells him to ask Molly to set him up with one of her lawyer friends, but instead, ends up going out with Kyle. Tim tells Kyle not to date Molly, or their friendship is over.
Doug starts to get concerned when he learns that Kyle is romantically obsessed with Dr. Stangel. Tim decides to get together with an old high school sweetheart, who was his first love.
Dr. Stangel asks the guys to do an act that is unselfish. Doug starts to tutor a ten year old, Kyle sleeps with a larger woman, and Tim starts dating a woman who is fighting for world hunger.
