Ikki is accused to be the Phantom Renagade by a reporter, so the reporter follows him everywhere and even starts to mimic the Phantom in the hopes that Ikki will reveal his secret. But then the real Phantom comes out into the open seeking revenge.
怪盗レトルトが、再び現れた。メダロット博物館のレアメダルを奪い、逃走するレトルトの前に、ロクショウが立ちはだかるが、レトルトは“ロクショウのレアメダルに用がある。また会おう”と言い残し、空に消えていった。
El Renegado Fantasma ataca un museo de donde roba una medalla rara, en su escape se golpea la cabeza perdiendo su máscara. Un reportero intenta descubrir su identidad, y al ver que Ikki tiene un golpe en la cabeza (por haberse caído en el baño el día anterior) insiste en que él es el Renegado Fantasma, empezando a acosarlo. Para forzar al Renegado Fantasma a aparecer, el reportero se disfraza de él usando su máscara para humillarlo públicamente.
