Subaru, Teana, Caro, and Erio are still enduring hard training with Nanoha, but soon their training will be complete. They are given new upgrades to their devices and the power-limiting feature is explained to them. Afterwards, the Sixth Mobile Division must act on their first mission.

なのはの指導のもと、それぞれの特性を生かしつつ、基礎の繰り返しでゆっくりと強さを手に入れてゆくフォワード一同。
しかし、自作組のスバルとティアのデバイスが連日のハードな訓練でついに故障してしまう。その事から、一同はかねてより開発されていた「機動六課製の新デバイス」を受け取ることになる。
シャリオとリインフォースⅡ、なのはらが、それぞれのメンバーに合わせて調整し作り上げた、魂の武装。リインフォースⅡは「大切に、だけど性能の限界まで思い切り使って欲しい」と一同に伝える。
そんな中、突然のアラートが鳴り響く。山岳地帯に「レリック」と「ガジェット」の反応。そして、はじめての出動命令が下される・・・！
I Forward della Sesta Divisione Mobile e Nanoha continuano l'addestramento. Hayate va alla Grande Cattedrale per informare Carim della situazione dal momento che è stato lui a sostenere la formazione della Sesta Divisione, quando all'improvviso parte il primo allarme missione: in una regione montuosa sono comparsi dei Gadget Drone e un treno è stato dirottato.
